Windows 98SE has been giving me problems lately (what a surprise eh) I have
been thinking of going to Windows ME. Any problems I should be aware of?
Mainly play GPL, and the latest crop of FPS
System is as follows...
Intel P3 600 EB
Voodoo 5 5500
128 megs PC133 ram
SB Live Value
13 & 6 gig HDD
run a LAN
Any help appreciated

Eventually even ME will probably have the same gremlins. The poor
solution is to back up your important data files and then wipe your hard
drive clean. A complete Fdisk dos format will do the trick. Re-install
windows, update your drivers and Direct X, restore your programs and data
files and your set for another 10 to 12 months.

ps...doing a mirror image backup just after a complete format and re-install
will be a life saver next time.
