Is Elkhart Lake available for GPL? I have found some enhancements for
the Elkhart Lake track but not the track itself? I need a track that I
know very well to have any chance at all of winning ;-)

And it's an awesome track, a load of fun to drive. It's become my favorite
of the "converted" tracks.
