Well I finally got my new wheel. This is my first FF wheel
so I'm hoping someone can help me out.
Is it normal for the wheel to feel heavy _all_ the time?
The wheel is never slack, _ever_. This seems a little
strange to me. I've tried briefly GP3 and SCGT,
which came with the wheel (I patched it and used the Adv Opt
Editor).
In all the games it feels really heavy all the time. I don't
really like it but I'm assuming that I need to play with
the settings a bit to work out my preferences before I make
a final judgment.
Does anyone have any hints/tips for the FF newbie. Is there
even a FF FAQ?

Did you turn off the centering spring in the game controllers/properties
screen? It's under settings.
