Does anyone know of a way of turning off the Ghost Car in Standard Trial for
Toca2.? It's driving me nuts.
Thanks

I would never have spotted that. I just assumed that the graphics and sound
subs from the pause menu would have the same contents as elsewhere in the
game.
A few laps to get into the rhythm, round Croft in the wet, without the
interfering ghost car has enabled me to wipe another second off my time!!
Thanks

I'm relatively new to the driving simulators so I may be better in the real
thing. I have managed to win every round of the championship (with pole in
all but 2), so i guess it can't be that bad.
The reason for using Trial, and getting rid of the ghost car, was that I
reckoned I should be able to get a faster consistent time at Croft in
default (wet) weather in the Honda. Fastest so far is 1:15:02, but
consistently (without so much risk of falling off) around 1:15:60.

David,two things....
1.Why are you using wet weather,it is much better to learn the game in the
'sunny' mode, then revert to wet after gaining the necessary experience has
been gained.
2.Would you like me to send you some of my replays..?
I have Toca 2 times which are Top 15 in the World ever,so I would like to
help you if I could.
As a reference my dry Croft time is 1.05.24 and my wet one is 1.09.86.
Please ask if you want any help
