The one im stuck on is a handbrake assignment about 10 things in.....i do it the same as i did the other time yet it never works ___________________ Macca http://skyboom.com/jpn7/PalPalaceParade3.html A page about me, from a friend!! I had a problem with that until I determined that I was turning in the wrong direction. I believe I was cranking the wheel all the way to the left instead of the right. I think that the 360 has to start in a certain direction. Other than that, use the tips that the other people have posted, they should help as well. I cant get past the challenge where you do a 360 deg spin within the cones. I must be doing something wrong because the timer keeps going when I come to the end. ANyone know how to get past this one properly? It's about the 4th one I think from the start.

Unless you hear the DING and the yellow arrow moves to your next waypoint something isn't working. The most common problem is NOT completing the spin before exiting the cone area. Try starting earlier as the game isn't as critical about where you start as where you finish. I tend to approach at a slight angle then crank hard and tap the handbrake then when I hit 180deg I hit the gas and crank hard the opposite way. If you're successfully completing a full 360, then the problem is that you're not completing it WITHIN the cones -- you're probably starting the spin too late; try starting just before you hit the first set of cones, and that should do it for you. If/when you do it right, it'll almost seem like you're starting too early, but that's usually what it takes. Great game/sim, eh? They should all be this good/fun! ;-) -- JB In article <Tvyz5.4876$[email hidden]>, "Jack B" <[email hidden]> wrote:

Besides completing the spin before the end of the cones, you also have to spin in the right direction, as indicated by the BIG sign. Call me stupid, it took me quite a while to figure that one out. :-) Jan

The point of Test Drive mode seems to be matching tracks with the absolute worst car for the job. klink

After about 180 degrees, downshift to first gear, steer in the opposite direction and floor it. It requires some timing, but for me this was the way to go.
In case you're having trouble with the spin, you need to do a handbrake 180 and then hit reverse while steering in the opposite direction - this will flip the porsche around allowing you to do fast 360s : ) Wombat "Jack B" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:Tvyz5.4876$[email hidden]...
