Rallymasters lockup - HELP!!!!!

After playing 2 or three stages in time attack mode, i get a complete lockup of my computer (sound frozen and complete lockup).I play in 800x600 16 colors, V3 2000 latest drivers, C400 oc to 500Mhz (no problem in any other game), 64 Megs, sound card Dynamic 3d from guillemot. Any idea or similar problem??? Thanx.
