Hi to all, It is sometines strange that minor game annoyances seem to happen all together and almost make you hate the game you're playing. I use to play MGPRS2 (patched to 1.06 version) as modern F1 game (my computer is not powerful enough to handle F12000 smoothly). Last week, before starting a grand prix weekend, I went to the "time attack" mode of the game to do a few hot laps. After that, when looking at the Hall of Fame board of the game, all the laps showed were made with a joystick (and I have a Logitech whell). OK, not important. So I switched to the grand prix mode. First practice session, sunny with 0% humidity displayed on the starting menu. Went to the track to see that it was rainning only in the pits with a plain blue sky ! OK, not so important and I completed the session. Second practice session, variable with 15% humidity displayed. On the track there's no rain (plain blue sky) but there's water spraying from the back of the other cars. Funny. After a few laps, I realize that I was alone on the track. Checked the results and all the other cars had only run 3 or 4 laps. I used the accelerated time feature with no success. I completed almost 30 laps in this session while all the other cars only made 3 or 4. Not very realistic. Race session. After a few laps, I got involved in a major (and spectacular) crash. Worth saving. In the replay menu, when I tried to save, the game hangs then exit to Windows with an error message. Damn it ! Restart the computer, reload the saved game and resart the race. Good race, finished 2nd. At the end, I selected the replay function which ended with a complete game and computer lock up ! Now, that's enough. Am I the only one frustrating on these kinds of annoyances ? OK, OK, I understood ... back to GPL ! P.S. The "RS2 uninstall" is highlighted and my finger is on the mouse button, should I press ? Cheers ;-) ! CG

I would like to point out we're not totally unanimous on that one. But then again, I fear I am a lone voice. Jan. =--- Dan Belcher wrote...
