I wonder if we'll get a demo a few months before release like we did with GPL... --David Cook "ymenard" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8y2B5.279536$[email hidden]... > http://www.papy.com/ > > <drools> > > I'm just wondering if we'll keep the widescreen aspect of GPL, or if wewill

http://www.papy.com/ <drools> I'm just wondering if we'll keep the widescreen aspect of GPL, or if we will go back to full screen modes. That is AWESOME! They even use "Simpson" window nets and it looks like the "Jeff Burton" window net is in there too judging by that section of red netting. All the cockpit view shots (and all other views for that matter) i've seen were full screen like this one. Yes I'm speculating we are going to full screen with N4. I wouldn't see why they would cut the pictures of the cockpit just to give us a full screen aspect in those pictures. Still, I've seen screenshots that almost had a 2.35:1 aspect, so it's just things I wonder. Btw I've read some nice stuff by a Papyrus employee (on the defunct N3.d newsgroup) about the NEXT product after N4. It seems to be _very_ pushed towards the online multiplayer aspect of the game. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see some heavy push onto the multiplayer aspect of the title, similar to Q3:Arena per example. Joel said nothing more, but hinted us enough :) -- -- Franois Mnard <ymenard> -- May the Downforce be with you... -- http://www.WeRace.net -- People think it must be fun to be a super genius, but they don't realise how hard it is to put up with all the idiots in the world.

Think of it....you are magically transported to a unique and dangerous world, you must find many things to survive....you must engage in dangerous quests to find Sponsors, Pit Crews and more Sponsors. You must start at the bottom, NO NOT THE IRL!!! and work your way up. Can you master the thrill and Danger of "Nascar Online: The RPG/SIM?" dave henrie

I guess the mainstream Nascar audience wouldn't appreciate the widescreen view.

As long as it isn't another Nascar game ;) Nascar 4 wil be great, and I'm really looking forward to it, but I don't want to see Nascar 5 a year later, then Nascar 6 the year after that, then.......etc I'll take anything, CART, IRL, F1, Sports Car, another retro game, skateboarding, racing camels, anything, just no more Nascar.

Well, Q3A has bots, so I hope, Papy puts in some GREAT bots driving the other cars in SINGLE player. -- l8er ronny Your mouse has moved. Windows must be restarted for the change to take effect.
