GP2 Instructions - Anyone?

Hello all, I got my copy of GP2 running without the CD (thanks for the help). Now I'm just trying to figure out the game controls (views,quit, etc). I bought my copy off Ebay and it didn't have the manual. Is there a site where it might be available, or doen't anyone have an extra copy I could purchase? Thanks!! CT
