What line do we modify in N3 to had restrictor plates (in the track.txt
files)?
SPDWY 0 85 90
or
SPDWT 0 80 85?
Thanks!

Yes, change the 0 to a 1 I think. The SPDWY is for the cars and SPDWT is for
the trucks.

Both from 0 to 1 if you want the trucks and the cars to have no plate. I
would suggest you alter the correct BLAP/RELS (and their alternate for
trucks) so they can run correct speeds like yours.
Don't touch the two other numbers on the above line unless you want to
adjust the pit zone for the AI (per example in SPDWY it means that the AI
will pit between lap 85 and 90).

Actually a 1 defines the track as a super speedway which results in the
super speedway chassis and physics being used. For cars this includes the
addition of a restrictor plate, but for trucks it does not and they instead
get some minor aero and drafting modifications.

Thank you for the interesting reply, I always assumed the way I wrote it, as
I thought for the trucks it would result in a similar effect to the cars
without a restrictor plate.

Actually, I wanted to know how to change this to add restrictor plates
at Loudon for our online league. Thanks for the great replies everyone!
