HMV are selling NFS Porche Challenge for just under 15.00, which made me wonder if the sales were particularly poor?

Hmmm I've never figured out a money system based on weight...:> However, the NFS series has a much shorter turnaround time than your average sim. They are probably clearing the shelves for the next incarnation NFS 73:why can't this 69 Camaro turn? SCGT sold by EA went from full price to bargain price fairly quickly. And Falcon 4.0 , which was a sucess but not a MONSTER sucess in the flight sim realm, went to bargain rates almost as soon as the special notebook packaged versions sold out. There are lots of reasons titles go cheap. But generally it is pressure in the marketing pipeline for new product. I haven't seen any sales figures but I'd be willing to guess the NFS series regularly outsells more "serious" sims. dave henrie "Moon-Watcher" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > HMV are selling NFS Porche Challenge for just under 15.00, which made mewonder if the sales were particularly poor?
It was top-ten material in Germany for several months, so I think it did ok.
