My Problem: When I initially calibrate my Wheel all axes are calibrated at the proper max and min limit (0 to 655). After about 15 minutes of driving the calibration of the accelerator axis (split axis configuration) messes up and my car slows down considerably when the accelerator is fully depressed (this happens in Grand Prix Legends, Grand Prix 3, as well as F12000, so it's probably not an issue with a specific game) When I go to the properties section of the Windows Game Controllers Setup screen and step on the accelerator, the needle only goes to the first orange line instead of all the way to the third. This happens both when I launch my game with the profiler and when I launch the game directly using its executable file. It happens after about 15 minutes of driving. I have restarted the computer, disconnected the controller, and used the clrcalib utility to remove all calibrations and have reinstalled the profiler (version 3.62). None of these offer a permanent solution. They will temporarily fix my calibration but after 15 minutes, it still messes up. I don't run any programs in the background when I play other than the profiler, and I have disabled all programs that start automatically using msconfig. It happens both in OpenGL and Direct3D. System specs: Athlon 500 on Gigabyte GA-7IX MB with F4 bios Creative Labs Annihilator Pro with 6.18 Driver Sound Blaster Live Value Windows 98 with Directx 7.0a Cable Modem 192MB Ram Any help is greatly appreciated, Nate

Known problem: Some of the pots are not perfectly smooth. When the pot spikes, the electronics sets new limits (takes the spike-peek as 100%) Solution: change brake and throttle pot. Hope that the other one is better. JensSchumi BTW typical case for the LWFF-forum BTW2: for the timebeing it's enough to unplug-replug the connector to the wheel. Recalibrate and enjoy another 15 min of smooth driving.
