Grand Prix World

I reside in New York City. Where can I purchase the Microprose - Grand Prix World game? Why is the game not sold in the United States?

More importantly, is it any good.? I tried F1 Manager 2000, and although the graphics were kinda nice, they skimped on the GUI and everything else.. not a great sim.. I hear GPW is the best..? Is it? I've got a game from about 1996 which I think was called F1 Manager and published by Europress, it was about the same time as Grand Prix manager. One of the dullest and most boring pieces of software I have had the misfortune of owning!
