Aw, I think this is encouraging really, it shows that Hasbro care somewhat about what the customers want and not just how to grind as much money out of them as possible. I mean there'd be a 2000 add-on anyway but they could have easily given us 1999 before it to drag it out.

The GP2 network patch is up and running, has to be IPX so no net game but the network patch was released, of course not by Microprose... Anhyway who gives a SHIT about the 2000 add-on, the only thing we want from Hasbro is a 3-axis steering, the rest we already all have, the 2000 season, the tobacco cars, non tobacco cars, trackside ads.....eveyrthin is ready, all we need is this damn steering patch !!!

Yeah....I agree about the addon, what I mean is that GP4 (which COULD be good) will be delayed forever. The GP2 network patch is only for 2 players as far as I know. We want 8 players networked without slowdown - is that too much to ask when you can play GPL online with 20 players beatifully! :) Ash "Txl" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:WNTH5.2424$[email hidden]... | The GP2 network patch is up and running, has to be IPX so no net game but | the network patch was released, of course not by Microprose... | | Anhyway who gives a SHIT about the 2000 add-on, the only thing we wantfrom | Hasbro is a 3-axis steering, the rest we already all have, the 2000season, | the tobacco cars, non tobacco cars, trackside ads.....eveyrthin is ready, | all we need is this damn steering patch !!! | | |
