Perhaps worth a try, and kudo's to the guy who made it, but it sure
makes for a surreal ride (esp when you get into the kitty litter).
You gotta want to drive RA pretty badly to run it for any length of
time. Indy, for all it's faults, was done better.
But, it's worth the download for sure.

raised nose down, the Air Scoop turned into the roll bar, but there is a big
problem...At least graphically with the current version. since CART runs at
several different types of tracks, they have two distinct aero packages.
The pictures I saw all had superspeedway wings on a car circulating a road
course.
The front of the car should have a very large wing package and the rear
wing should be larger...also side mounted I think, not resting on a center
stand. Possibly, he could "create" two carsets that could be swapped
out...the current set for Ovals, and another with the bigger wings for the
road & street courses.

there, tracks start to appear, now it's hopeful waiting for the sounds, the
cockpits,... and lets wait a little longer for the gp3 patch which will have
a pace car!
