AIUI, Codemasters have pretty much abandoned the PC market, and the
(eventually) forthcoming Colin McRae Rally 2.0 is likely to be the last
thing we'll see from them for the PC.
Looks like you'll have to wait for a version of Bleem! that can cope :)
