OK I got my game back to "workable", thanks for the help guys, (Dave), Now my son's game is giving him video fits, he says he can see the wheels "thru the car", (he uses chase view), it was working fine, and now all of a sudden this...hmmm anyone heard of such a thing? Everything else is ok (i.e. tiresmoke, framerate etc). Funny how things just happen, I dont live there so dont have much more info, I havent seen it for myself yet, tried a reinstall, with and without 1.551 patch etc...... -- .....Lee

well more questions: :) 1st Why tha heck is he using the existential view?(out of the body) Is he using the original cars or a downloaded one? Possibly the car artist didn't get everything exactly right. I'd say, if the the game is otherwise working ok, then don't worry about the tires showing. Possibly causes, are other games or video drivers. Did he install anything else recently? Make sure you have the latest Video card drivers, and have the game set up correctly using the proper choice at the beginning(3dfx or D3d) next....this could be a video card driver attribute like Mip-mapping or triple buffering. If you know how to check for these, make sure both are disabled. write back if we've confused you ..;> dave henrie "KS Lee" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:L53J5.83048$[email hidden]... > OK I got my game back to "workable", thanks for the help guys, (Dave), > Now my son's game is giving him video fits, he says he can see the wheels > "thru the car", (he uses chase view), it was working fine, and now all ofa > sudden this...hmmm anyone heard of such a thing?
