I have a double gp3 installation.
I use one install for testing new add-ons and stuff.
How do I patch up my second install?
The patch doesn't ask where the gp3 directory is, it just installs and
uninstalls...
I'd try renaming the folder of the one you don't want updated. Most likely
there is a search string involved in the process. You could also try
renaming the GP3.exe before applying the patch and then renaming again
after..
Hope that helps

file (gp3.exe ??). The patch should then find your second one. I haven't
installed the patch, but I would think this should work.

In your registry there should be an entry HKLM/Software/Microprose/
Grand Prix 3/3.00.000/InstallDir/Directory="your game location".
Before applying the patch, change "your game location" to the
directory you want to upgrade.
