I'm experiencing random lock-ups in Monaco Grand Prix Racing 2, and would
appreciate any advice on preventing them. Without warning on the track the
screen will freeze. The sound freezes also. Ctl/Alt/Del allows me to kill
the application & return to the desktop. I have installed the 1.06 patch
for MGPRS2.
My system: P3-450, 128mb ram, Hercules Thriller 8mb pci and 2 (SLI)
Creative Voodoo2 12mb. No virus scanners or screen-savers running.

Gary, before you reformat your hard drive :o), make sure that you're not
overclocking your CPU or video card, and set your memory timing in the BIOS
to 3-3-3. This often does the trick. Next, make sure that you're using the
latest BIOS, motherboard, and video card drivers.
