Wooow, i did not play gpl for some months, but last week i found some new
tracks on the internet and i downloaded some.
The solitude track is the best add on track i have seen. It's almost a
combination between Spa and nurnburgring.
Did this German Solitude track really excist ? and if yes, where in germany
?
Thanx

Solitude was a series of public roadways, closed for race weekends, near
Stuttgart. It's name is from the nearby Schloss (castle) Solitude, as
the Nurburgring is named for the Schloss Nurburg.

The readme.txt file that comes with the Solitude zip file has quite a
bit of information about the track, its location and history, etc.

Yes it did. If I remember correctly, the readme file has some nice
info about the real track.

It's near Stuttgart. And it still exists almost completely in its GPL form.
Even the main S/F building and parts of the pits are there. You can drive it
every day if you like as it consists of public roads.
