You need to get 'dxtweak' by Logitech.. I think.
It allows you to change a lot of things.

Hi all
I downloaded a dll file (DINPUT.DLL) and pasted it into my sytem
folder. This dll removed the 5% null zone on my steering wheel giving
me really nice continuos steering.
I recently formatted my hard disk and re-installed windows and tried
to replace the dll but it dont work now :-(
I dont understand, it is the same version of windows 98, same
computer, same dll. It worked before but just wont work now.
In the system directory there is a DINPUT.VXD as well as the
DINPUT.DLL. These two files have the same modification dates and are
maybe meant to work together somehow. The modified dll that I am
trying to put in is about a year older. (Oct 98) and maybe doesn't
work with the .VXD file.
Does anyone know what the problem might be or how I can modify the dll
that works.
It is possible to modify with a HEX editor if I know what to modify.
Any methods of getting rid of that poxy null zone would be much
appreciated.
Many Thanks
Von Beagle
