GP3: possibility to edit saved championships?

Hi! I'm playing a GP3 champinship on ace level with 100% race length with 98's cars. I want to update GP3 to the season 2000 level, but when I do it, all the driver and team names are changed. Is there a tool to solve this problem? or any other ideas
