I spent a great year in WA (place up north called Tom Price).
Time difference would cause racing to be a problem.

have deditated Wireplay servers that provide awesome connection from
anywhere in Australia. Also, I'm sure they do Nascar league as well. Look at
http://asrg.qgl.org/ and just follow the links from there ... I think
there's at least 80 GPL members there already.
