I should've kicked my kickbag instead! Or at least channelled my emotions
better,hehe.

Looks like I picked a bad time to start drinking.

Go to this site: http://members.nbci.com/JensSchu/
Click on Logi Corner and scroll down the page to March '00 and look for a
post entitled, "BB Manual" and click on it. Jens has developed a ball
bearing conversion kit for LWFF owners and, in the manual, he has given
complete instructions, with photos, for disassembly and reassembly of the
LWFF, with particular emphasis on reinstalling the cable. Have plenty of
beer on hand<g>.

While driving GPL around monza I lost the car and didn't know why? So in my
frustration turned the wheel extreme left and ...oh shit sounded like the
cable.
Took the thing apart, I wonder if there is a procedure -getting to the cable
and rewinding it, thanks.

the shaft after losing it at Curva Grande for the millionth time.
The only thing that stopped me was that the wheel was a gift from my wife...
and she was in the next room :-)
I also remember playing a F1 game on my GameBoy during University final
exams and hurling the poor GB across the room onto a fairly hard floor. To
it's credit the little thing withstood about 5 throws!
Rule 1: Keep something cheap and breakable nearby
Rule 2: Don't play frustrating games at exam time
Rule 3: I'm a spaz.
