How embarrassing. That's "Hoad", not "Hoag". My apologies to the
good doctor.

The default trackcams for Monaco are very good, and Thorston Rueter
has a great set of Monaco trackcams as well, but there was one view I
really wanted but that I'd been unable to find in any Monaco trackcam
set; the "classic TV" view from the Loews/Station/Virage de la Gare
hairpin, of the run from Mirabeau down to Portier.
So, I put one together using Dr. Paul Hoag's GPL Track Editor. Not an
easy task (for me), I assure you. It's not perfect, because some of
the unavoidable clipping, but I'm happy with the result.
I also combined some of the trackcam angles from the default set and
Thorston's set into this new set that I think gives you a better view
of multi-car dicing.
Lastly, I also tweaked the transitions between many of the angles, so
that the subject car is now in view as much as possible. Many of the
existing angles had a noticeable delay in the "hand-off" to the
subsequent angle, and the result was that the subject car would be out
of view for a little longer than necessary, especially at some
critical moments. This edited set has improved a lot on those
transitions.
So, give it a look at:
