Depends on the dead zone settings in the game, and the profiler. But even
with everything on 0% and low,the standard setup will show about 2% deadzone
in DXtweak. Remove them and everything is ok�. But...if you change the
sensitivity of the wheel in the profiler and/or the sensitivity of the
entire controller within the game, it definitely looks like there is a
'deadzone' problem.

Have you tried the V1.09 patch, I am pretty sure there is an option to turn
down / off the deadzone
