I applied the patch and now the incar view is very low. The driver is either
2 years old or it is a crotch cam view. The steering wheel inside the
Touring car is 3/4 up the screen and is undrivable this way, anybody know
how to fix this.

As of course do F1 drivers. Just ask Coulthard about his burnt
backside after Malaysia from where the board overheated... ^_^

patch. The new patches are for N3 and NL. They allow online racing
between DTM, AUSSIE and US Trans Am cars. the NL patch brings
back the Heyday of American Muscle cars with Mustangs, Camaro's,
Javelins and even a Green Dodge.
It ain't Toca...but we do have the ability to run on most of the
newer GPL manufactured tracks, like Brands Hatch. First official event
using
the TPTCC 2000 will be the 2000 edition of the Bullrun 1000 with most likely
an updated Flat Bull course and both offline and online elements.
