OE 5 keeps sending my attachments as part of the email so my zip file arives
as jibberash code inside the email. WHERE IS THE MENU ITEM TO STOP THAT

Free the ICR2 source code!
Make sure under Tools/Options on the send tab under "mail settings" that you
are using MIME and not UUENCODE.
