SCGT and GTQ

I've just started career mode in SCGT and in GTQ I can't seem to finish too well. I easily won "quick races" at the four starter tracks but I can't seem to get within 4 seconds of the pole qualifier and I usually finish 5th with no shot of getting much farther ahead. I'm using an M3. Help please. thanks Ben
I just fiddled with the air pressure which netted a huge gain and I have no more problems. If only GPL was only slightly driveable on my Logitech FF wheel. It is ice racing at the moment. Thanks Ben Sideshow Bob wrote:

Practice, practice, practice... :-) Seriously... it's been a while since I played SCGT but I seen to remember making big improvements tweaking the gear ratios for max speed then removing wing until the car got too light. Add a bit of wing back in and then go flying! I think I had an easier time in GTQ with a 911. I found the BMW far too twitchy. I used the BMW for the next class as my skill improved. The AI is much slower in the quick races, try bringing your difficulty down a notch. Worked for me. Nick Benjamin Lesnak wrote:
