Is this a 3d ap..or an art ap....?

Assuming you mean STCC-2, then, sorry, no, I don't know.
BUT... PLEASE, all you telented editor/patch-people, do something
with this game!!!
I would love to see some extra tracks, e.g. all those from TOCA 2
(the UK circuits rule!)
If anyone can do anything to improve the physics...
