I just bought the American version of this game, since I liked the demo. The more I play it the more I like it. The graphics are decent, especially the terrain textures and modeling. Mobil 1 has better graphics though. The physics model is also very good, and feels about right, although the brakes seem to lock up far to easily and remain locked up for far too long after you release them leading to spinouts, and there is not much in the way of loss of traction due to acceleration and wheelspin. However , overall it has the best feeling off road physics of any rally game I have ever played. Another major plus is the sheer number of tracks, at least 40, and the diversity of tracks. This game is a definite BUY, especially for less than the $30 I paid for it.
I PAID 10 FOR mine with no particular expectaios. But wow, I love it it's just so much fun and the amount of gameplay is tremendous. Regards Mike On 21 Nov 2000 11:27:26 GMT, [email hidden] (Loosay2) wrote:

What is the title/distributor of the American version of the game, by the way? I've asked here before and simply received the oh so helpful, "GPL is the only game worth playing, don't bother" brush off. Thanks Mike Blackmore <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

Any idea how to get split axis pedals set-up with it? This has an even worse controller set-up than F1RS!! Marc.
