This title has been out for months now. Although it has excellent graphics, the gameplay suffers due to extreme brake lock-up that, so far, has not been adjusted. It has an execleent repay system though -- you can jump into a replay at any point and "re-race" from there. Although it's still on my HD, I rarely play it becuase of the brake problem. Lankhor (the authors) have released a number of patches (5 at last count, although all denoted as Beta). You can just use the beta 5 patch which should be available on their web site www.lankhor.com this does make the braking a little better but it still doesn't feel 100% right to me. It does fix a number of other bugs however (online play etc.) and many of the 3D effects have been speeded up. As has been said, very nice graphics and features, not a sim though. Lankhor are bring out another title "Warm Up" very shortly (weeks?) which is very similar to F1WGP but has many new features and will probably benefit from ongoing work, whereas F1WGP may get neglected IMO. Well, actually we should release another patch for F1WGP in some weeks, providing the new DirectX 8 version of the 3D engine, as well as some other fixes. We delayed further patch for F1WGP because of the needed conversion to DX8. Jean-Michel "tuo" Herv 3D Programmer Lankhor
