I may have an opportunity to drive Laguna Seca and would like to get the
track into GPL (or N3 or Heat or whatever program works) and it seems
from my research that I need the older Cart racing by Sierra to acquire
the track. Cart, however, seems to be sold out. Is there any other way
to get Seca on my computer screen other than getting the Cart program?
Thanks in advance
Larry
Alison has detailed background on how to obtain the CART sim, Rendition
ready version:

While not
perfect, it is lightyears ahead of the CART/ICR2 version. Also the DEMO
for Microsoft's Cart Precision Racing has the Laguna track, although I
wouldn't
recomend CPR for any other reason.
Some of the Superbike programs also probably have a version of Laguna...
Check out EA's Superbike 2k or 2001 and see if the track is listed there.
You can probably find some versions of CART Racing at the Sierrastore on
their website. But rember, it's like 4 years old and has very little detail
compared to tracks made since.

ps...have FUN! at the track

Laguna is one of the tracks that is in the ICR2 demo, still available

I located a link to the existing SCGT tracks and couldn't find Laguna
Seca listed. Is there another source or does the track come in the
package?

Does the demo allow you to convert Seca? Do you know of any other way to
get a version of ICR2, they seem to be sold out.
