Using your favorite graphics editing program, convert the jpg file to a bmp
file and then use Klaus Horbrand's brilliant Winmip conversion utility
http://members.aol.com/winmip/ to convert the bmp to the pbf format used in
GPL.

It's really a piece of cake, but first you need to convert the .jpg
files to .bmp files.
Once you've done that, you use either the WinMip converter program
(easy for converting small numbers of files) or the GPLBatch converter
program (for converting large numbers of files). Both programs are
from Klaus Hrbrand and will convert the .bmp's to .pbf's.
Get them here:

Does anybody know how to convert jpg files to the pbf-format?
I downloaded some programcovers for the converted GPL tracks (jpg's). The
covers need to be pbf's.
