MBTR Graphics problem

HI I just downloaded the MBTR demo (still haven't seen it in the shops) But it has some problems; when i go to the graphics setup, i choose tnt2/geforce and the do a benchmark.....i see some very futuristic floating trucks, and they are floating above a very green field...obviously missing textures. when i go to play the game, my mouse cursor doesn't work(visually)but i can hear it going over the different options, and after a wilke i get mixed up overlays in all available languages. Oh yeah and i can't get to the track! My Sys P3/800 256MB/133 Geforce2 with Det7.17 (work fine everywhere else) Anybody have a clue? Sudesh
