You think you're too slow, you're wrong. The 107% page
contains a chart with your times measured against 107% of the Papyrus
benchmark. For Monza, that's 1:36.5. Can you do 1:36.5 at Monza?
All you have to do is get a time (any time) at every track.
Trust me, it's fun to try _all_ the tracks. Crawl around the ring if
that's what it takes. The Coventry is one possibility. There may
even be a better choice for grace when running off the road :-).
Then get a rank (per easy website instructions) and go to the
107% page. Every track where you're better than 107% of the Papyrus
benchmark is highlighted in green. Gives us average guys a great goal
- more green. When you're all green, pat yourself on the back and go
for 100% = "going negative".
Thank you, GPLrank people.

To save Bob further hassle it was actually me (Lee) who sent the
original post without the URL (http://gplrank.schuerkamp.de/). My

Try "gplrank" all in lower case and as one word. That should do the trick.
And use Google as the search engine - it's the best one in any case.

I second this. As a newcomer with a 500+ GPLRank it is still good to let
someone else track your improvements. Saves trying to remember how fast
you were when you started.
Also by using the ranking list with something like everyone within 100
of your rank you can add some close ones to your buddy list and have
some off-line competition against people you've never met. It adds some
spice when you're driving to try to better the closest persons Watkins
Glen time or whatever.

1. gplrank.ringlord.com
2. No personal flame intended, but I remain constantly baffled why
it's easier and faster to write messages like this and wait for an
answer than it is to fire up a search engine and search "GPL rank".
bob
Maybe becasue, AFAIK, it ins't registered with any search engines...

Top of the charts :-).

other words 107% of the monza world record is 1:32. This is to compare it
to real life F1, where to get on the grid, you must qualify within 107% of
the pole sitter's time.
