Why would ACT Labs have Thrustmaster drivers? Do they do any drivers for my
Logitech wheel?

Hi David,
Try the drivers on this page http://www.act-labs.com/race1_support.htm
Works OK for me.
No support for the serialport version in W2K, though..., anyone ?

I have my wheel connected to the serial port, because, frankly, USB sucks
:^)
I remember just doing normal software setup and probably adding the wheel in
the control panel.
Does your serial port show up in the system/devices control panel ? I don't
think the serial settings have any influence, but you might try to tweak
them.
The wheel should show up in system/devices, you might try refreshing that
panel to detect the wheel.
Otherwise, remove the wheel drivers by executing CleanW.exe, reboot and
reinstall. Make sure you have the latest drivers.
Another thing to try: Reboot in safe-mode, check system/devices panel for
duplicate wheel drivers and remove all of them.
Hope any of this helps.
best wishes,
Milan

After following the instructions the control panel and the software says
that it isn't connected.
Anyone got there's set up this way.
Cheers
