I'm aching to play N4 online but IRF won't run. I extracted all 7 files into
a directory. When I click IRF.exe you hear my cpu working but nothing
happens...
Anyone?
make sure you are clicking on irf.exe not irf22.exe. You 'could' just be
re-extracting the same 7 files rather than starting IRF. Good luck.

IRF to work originally for NH. ANd the update to v2.2 was also
painless. Time to email the creators...

Well I was hoping someone had the answer to this one... I have the same
problem. Actually mine worked for a while and then just stopped working.
You can click on the exe and the hourglass comes on for a few seconds and
that's it. I've un-installed as well as cleaned the registry, re-installed
it and it still refuses to run!!
