I know, this is completely off topic, sorry for that, but I don't know
where else to ask this. I have a small but quite annoying problem with
Explorer 5.0:
When I open a link in a new window (by holding shift while clicking on
a link) a new window opens.
How can I change the default size and place of this new window?
It used to open in the middle of the screen, about 2/3 of the screen
size. But since a couple of days the new windows opens in the right
bottom of the corner, halfway outside the screen and too small to read
the page. I have to drag the window to the middle of the screen and
have to click on maximize before I can read the page.
Any help would be really appreciated :)
Andre
I do it by pressing "Cascade Windows"

It's pretty simple Andre. First open IE5 and set the window to the size and
location you would like it to be in when open up a new window (make sure you
only have one IE5 window open). Now close out IE5. Now all you have to do is
open up IE5 in a full screen and when you shift-click your new links should
open in that previously sized and positioned window. Keep in mind if you're
running Windows ME that if you open multiple windows each one will open in a
slightly staggered position so that they don't fully overlap each other.
This allows for easier viewing of each page. Hope this helps :-)
See ya
in the pits,
Dean
I have a terrible memory. In fact my memory's so bad that I can't remember
how long it's been since I've forgotten anything.

likings, WHILE holding down the shift key - click File / Close in IE
5.0...This will work only if you don't make it Maximized.
I just make it as large as I can with using the Maximize button and then do
what I mentioned and it seem to work for me.
