Just some of my personal thoughts after trying the demo:
Driving model/physics: Handles like a 59' Caddy with bad springs.
Graphics: Same as N3, only smaller view.
Sound: Try 2nd. gear @ 45 mph= 1 Briggs & Stratton.....in 4th gear at 190
mph= 8 Briggs & Strattons...great sound
Car Graphics: What's with the snub nose and Buick Riviera Boat tail?
Papyrus, when are you going to stop using that gawd awful green on grass and
anything you don't want to show detail ? You can do better..
Papyrus, you never got the scale right in the graphics since N1...in the
distance everything looks small and not to scale as I look out windshield,
even the cars are not to scale when looking out the windshield......Nascar
Heat is very good at conveying an immersive feeling of" being there"....they
got this right.
Multiplayer: Haven't tried N4 but the results are probably going to be the
same as N3....a lot of screaming and yelling , name calling all because you
insist on enabling chat during the actual race....I thought this is a sim?
At this moment in time online play is technically in it's infancy, so all
the warps and problems by running so close together with bad connections
amplifies the frustration when you enable chat in the race..
Just keep playing Heat and you should be fine...Sorry for the short post but
im gonna go cut some green grass with my snub nosed Riviera.........I never
thought a 59 Caddy could feel so good........
