Will we ever see a new patch for Hascar Heat?

Now that Hasbro has sold their games division does this mean we can forget about the next patch for Nascar Heat?

I was going to pose that question myself. My gut feeling is that the title is pretty much dead. I hope I'm wrong, with some work it could be a pretty good Nascar release.
