Where do I setup the command line for the N4 demo?

Look for the following section in your core.ini. Just change the
appropriate value to a 1 (mp server means remote controlled server)
[SERVER]
dedicated=0 ; Unattended - run player.ini
races
launch=0 ; Launch as a mp server
If running in dedicated mode then following the instructions in the
server.txt for how to setup the proper player.ini parameters.
