What setting do I change in order to get the real lively throttle response
feel?

You need to find the VEH file for the car you drive. ie. If it is a number 7
Jordan then go to the \seasons00=vehicles\jordan\ folder and in there are
the 2 VEH files for the Jordans. Now open up the one that you actually drive
and look for a line that sais 'engine_inertia = .19' - this is the number
that determines the flywheel size in a way. The larger the number, the
bigger the flywheel. I've got the value halved (.095) 'cos I read somehwere
that it's a good value but you might want to fiddle with it yourself.
You can change the engine_inertia for all the cars and I don't think it will
mess up the game at all. That way u can hop from car to car with no worries
about changing some values in VEH files.
