Hi all,
ever since I finally was able to run GPL with a normal framerate (about
as long ago as the release of the D3D patch - thanks Papy!) I've enjoyed
racing and hotlapping in several of the most spine-chilling F1 cars that
have been around. Some of the races I had pushed my adrenaline level to
heights I never imagined I could reach. Being very enthusiastic about
the game, I wanted to share some race action on the tracks with some
friends of mine, and decided to look for a utility that could capture
GPL replays and make movies out of them.
GPL Moviestudio was the answer, it appeared. Big was my disappointment
to find out the program does not work with the D3D rasterizer. Oh well,
I thought, let's try software mode (Rendition) then. But again, GPL
Moviestudio did not (although it did capture several frames) produce a
'workable format'. The pictures/frames had lot's of horizontal lines in
them.
Any idea how I can make GPL Moviestudio work (apart from buying a Voodoo
:) )?
My system:
Abit BH6
Celeron 300A@300
Geforce2 MX
128 MB RAM
SB 128
Thanks in advance!
