I have owned GPL since the day it came out, and I finally have a system
that can handle it in all its glory. So I begin the adventure that is GPL
at full max and then I find that there is an engine swap utility. I don't
race VROC or anything, but after looking at the program I got an idea. I
can change all engines to 2.0L and relive my Formula Dodge days on some of
the world's best tracks. Now putting a 2.0L engine in a Lotus is a cardinal
sin, but if anything good has occurred I've slowed down enough to learn the
tracks and the fact that I'm able to complete laps (without the off-road
excursions) I really beginning to enjoy this sim. My plan is to treat this
as a career, F3, F2 and then F1. By slowly progressing through the power
curves, I hope to be able to achieve the glorious achievement of a negative
handicap. So if anything, the engine swapper utility has a good side. See
