Force feedback is implemented in GPL 1.2 (and 1.1)
If you have GPL 1.2 you can just add theese lines to core.ini to get FF. If
you haven't upgraded GPL to 1.2 get it here:
http://www.papy.com/gpl/download.html
[ Joy ]
allow_force_feedback = 1 ; Use FF if device has it
force_feedback_damping = 20.000000 ; force feedback damping
coefficient
force_feedback_latency = 0.02500 ; force feedback latency (secs)
max_steering_torque = 300.000000 ; steering torque in N*in

check for a file named "core" with type "ini" (using details view - some
type like that). Windows explorer doesn't (always) show extensions when
that extension is associated with a file type - instead it shows the
base name + the appropriate icon.
