Hi,
I've got a problem with my Act Labs RS wheel. If I just lay my hands on the
wheel and than turn it, nothing happens. I have to press it pretty hard
towards my desk to have it work. Does some know this problem? Can I easily
fix it myself, or should I have it fixed by Act Labs? Will I lose my
warranty if I open the wheel myself?
TIA,
Ad.
Never heard of that problem, Act Labs Support is the best out there, let
them know it doesn't work and they will send a new one right away.
(probably)
