Help! Can't backup my NFS-Porsche!

Hello. I just got NFS-Porsche Unleashed for my son for Christmas. I tried to make a backup copy (the kids wreck EVERYTHING, so this time I'm prepared!!!) I copied all the contents of the CD to my "CD burning" partition, where I always burn from, defragged it, and made the CD. I just did a test install on the system, full install, installs fine. However, when I try to run it, it asks for the correct CD. Now here is the problem....I can play all I want right now with the original CD, but what can I do to make my backup copy work? Like I said, the backup installs fully, but doesn't allow me to play the game using just that CD. When I put the original in, it allows me to play just fine. Help??? I guess I could just get a Cd-crack, but is there anything I can do to not have to worry about that?
