My son got a new computer for Christmas and wants GPL on it. So, I burned a
CD of my GPL on my computer and tried to install it on his computer. I click
on gpl.exe and it wants to run it from the CD without installing it. Also,
the screen is flickering and I try to select the Direct 3D API, and restart
and it does nothing. What do I need to do to get this to work. Do I need to
install first from the original CD? My son's computer is not hooked up to
the net, yet. so I thought this would be a quick way of putting it on his
computer. Thanks for any help.
Just do a complete or full install from your GPL cd on his pc.
It won't look for the cd at all.
