Whenever I try to start a game my only option is network game. I have a
full install on my hard drive and the CD is in the drive. I didn't always
have this problem, it has just sprung up.
Anyone with help?

The CD's probably changed driveletter (which makes me believe you're in
w9x).
Run regedit and check the paths under the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Codemasters\Toca2
CD_Letter is probably the one you should examine closer.
